A 6-Week Group Therapy Program for immigrant Men Living in Canada
Adjusting to life in Canada can shift your relationships and your role as a man. You're not alone.
This 6-week therapist-led group is designed for immigrant men navigating the emotional challenges of starting over in a new country. In a supportive, culturally aware space, you’ll explore how migration impacts family life, communication, masculinity, and connection.
Together, we’ll talk about real experiences and build tools for stronger, healthier relationships—with others and yourself.
This group offers support with:
- Shifting family roles and responsibilities
- Emotional expression and stress
- Conflict and communication
- Cultivating Trust, intimacy, and connection
Duration: 6 Weekly Sessions
Dates: September 24th, 2025 – October 29th, 2025 (Every Wednesday evening)
